Goods return and refund policy

In order to meet the needs and protect the interests of customers in the best way during the process of ordering and using the products, we are now offering goods return and refund policy with extremely attractive terms.

We are currently offering a goods return, refund policy for two specific cases below:

1- When customers have not used the service yet

For customers who have deposited money but have not used our services, we will refund the deposit as committed in the following cases:

  • Customers no longer need to use our services and notify us before our sales department plans to deliver products, services, shipments, hand-over,…
  • Customer must notify us of the service termination and it’s neccesary to have consent, agreement between the parties.
  • If you have not used the service, you will be entitled to a refund as a corresponding percentage of the amount the customer has deposited for us on a case-by-case basis.

2- When customers use the service but not as the original commitment

  • When customers use the service but not as the original commitment, customers need to inform us for review and support. Customers should state the service using situation, the reasons for their dissatisfaction as well as the specific requirements for assistance in resolving the best way.
  • In the event that the service provided is not as commitment due to our fault, we will make compensation based on the level.
  • We still support a 100% refund on some mistakes we make
